MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. This is a remote position. In this role, you will interface with business and technical thought leaders and program managers to deliver qualified talent that will focus on solutions supporting Intel’s strategic priorities. You will work with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and analytical professionals. In addition, you will support strategic business development opportunities by identifying key personnel and providing input into developing tailored talent acquisition strategies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partner with hiring managers and act as a business partner/strategic advisor. Research and employ new sourcing techniques. Develop sourcing strategies and utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates. Identify and screen potential candidates and assess their fit for current and future needs. Negotiate and extend offers. Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with OFCCP guidelines. Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building. Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events. Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve our sourcing strategy and approach and to analyze impact. Report weekly activity. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Requires 2 or more years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience supporting the defense and intelligence market spaces. Demonstrated experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management. Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system. Ability to travel for hiring events and job fairs as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, more importantly Excel (i.e. ability to construct formulas, use pivot tables, etc to manipulate and analyze data). Demonstrate ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e. complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc). Excellent project management skills. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills. Must have strong initiative and work well under tight deadlines. Experience utilizing Workday or similar ATS. Physical Requirements: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,400.00-$103,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
