You'll own the full creative process for paid performance advertisingâstrategy, production, and optimizationâacross Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit, and other advertising initiatives.Unlike a traditional Creative Director who delegates execution, you will personally produce the work. You will also help our team write copy, design statics, edit video, build landing page concepts, and iterate fast based on data.We expect you to see the full conversion system.
