Our infrastructure stitches together live merchant feeds, intelligent search, and instant checkout so brands can offer any product online, in real time, through a single API. Backed by industry experts and angel investors, we've raised our seed round and are growing fast, now hopefully with you. Tasks As our UI/UX Designer, you'll be the creative force behind every touchpoint of the Joy experience, from the moment someone discovers us to the instant a gift brings joy to its recipient. You'll shape how Joy looks, feels, and works across: Consumer experiences - gift card personalization flows, redemption journeys, and delight-driven touchpoints that make gifting magical B2B partner portals - self-serve dashboards, analytics views, and integrations that feel as polished as our consumer product Marketing & brand - landing pages, campaigns, and storytelling that captures what makes Joy different Product infrastructure - building and evolving our design system to scale beautifully across all experiences You'll work closely with our engineering team to bring designs to life, and with our commercial team to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the Joy promise: aesthetics, efficiency, and joy. In short: You'll own the design DNA of Joy - making sure every pixel, flow, and interaction feels effortless and enchanting.
