Duties: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable advertising serving systems. Collaborate with product managers, cross engineering teams, data scientists and other partners to gather requirements and translate them into ads serving technical specifications. Identify opportunities and lead entire development lifecycle end-to-end, from architecture design and coding to testing and deployment. Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and elevate coding standards. Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends in ad tech, and distributed systems, evaluating their potential impact on ads stack and recommending appropriate integrations or improvements. Mentor and guide other engineers, providing technical leadership and encouraging collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. May telecommute. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Economics, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires five years in: 1. Programming language (C, C++, Java, Python, or Go); 2. Algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis; 3. Designing and building low-latency large distributed systems; 4. Crafting maintainable and scalable software; 5. Integrating and productionizing machine learning or deep learning models; 6.
