Join us in our mission to transform skin health and enhance lives—one patient at a time.Mission of the Role:The mission of the Social and Influencer Marketing Intern is to support Curology and Ageny's brand presence by contributing to both the day-to-day execution of social and influencer marketing initiatives and a defining summer project for the company that delivers real business impact.Success in this role requires someone who shows up as a true team player, moving fast on execution while applying sound judgment to prioritize what matters, learn from performance data, and find better ways to deliver.Responsibilities and Impact Areas:SocialSupport content scheduling and publishing, including cross-posting and maintaining a real-time content calendar.Research and surface trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments to inform original content ideation.Shoot and capture real-time, in-the-moment content for organic social use (events, cultural moments, day-in-the-life formats).Assist in the development and execution of social content for new product and campaign launches — including pre-launch hype, launch day coordination, and post-launch performance reporting.Support community management efforts, including monitoring comments, identifying audience signals and recurring themes, and flagging notable engagement moments.Support social analytics tracking — pulling performance data across posts and campaigns, maintaining reporting dashboards, and surfacing insights to inform content decisions.InfluencerIdentify, research, and build lists of potential influencers and content creators across key markets to align with brand values and missions. Conduct audits of influencer trends across the skincare and beauty category, surfacing emerging creators, content formats, and partnership models to inform strategy.Support the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish, including briefing influencers, tracking performance metrics, and managing deliverables.Assist with daily outreach and communication to potential influencers, ensuring a timely and professional response.Maintain and update detailed influencer trackers. Conduct daily upkeep to keep trackers organized and ensure real-time accuracy.Create and distribute influencer briefs, outlining campaign details, content guidelines, and expectations.Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and ROI.Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve future campaigns.Utilize tools such as Sprout Influencer for creator discovery and reporting on performance.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Currently enrolled as a college junior or senior, preferably studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field.A passion for skincare and beauty products.Demonstrated interest in social media and influencer marketing through coursework, internships, projects, or self-directed learning.Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.Clear written communication skills; able to summarize findings and flag questions concisely.Outstanding project management skills.Familiarity with AI tools through coursework or projects (e.g., using AI for research, data summarization, content ideation, or analysis support).Location:Remote – United StatesWork Schedule: Expected internship duration is Monday, June 15 - Friday, August 7 (approx. 8 weeks)20 hours (2.5 days) per weekBenefitsCompensation:The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 per hour.
