About The Role As a Senior Account Executive, Alcohol, you will be responsible for bringing high-impact alcohol retailers onto the Uber Eats platform-focusing on mid-market chains and top-performing independent operators across the U.S. This role is focused on winning the accounts that matter most for selection and customer demand within the Alcohol category. These partners are often founder-led or regionally scaled businesses, requiring a highly consultative and hands-on sales approach. Success in this role requires strong ownership, sharp deal instincts, and the ability to build trust with operators who are deeply involved in their businesses. What You'll Do - Own the end-to-end sales cycle for high-impact alcohol retailers not yet on Uber Eats, from sourcing to close - Identify and prioritize the most valuable mid-market chains and independent operators that drive meaningful selection and demand - Build relationships with owners, operators, and senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner throughout the sales process - Lead negotiations and structure deals that balance growth, profitability, and long-term partnership success - Develop tailored pitches that reflect the nuances of the alcohol category, including regulation, fulfillment, and local market dynamics - Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partner success - Bring market insights and partner feedback to inform broader Alcohol strategy Basic Qualifications - At least 4 years of experience in net new sales, account management, or similar functions - Passionate about sales and helping merchants grow their business with Uber Eats Preferred Qualifications - Excited to learn and have no fear of picking up the phone - this is a great role to grow or build your career in sales - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Proven achievement in a performance-based role - Effective communication with colleagues and clients - Experience multi-tasking with strong attention to detail - Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to building your brand - Spanish-language fluency is a bonus For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$70,000 per year - USD$77,500 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$70,000 per year - USD$77,500 per year. For Miami, FL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$70,000 per year - USD$77,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$77,500 per year - USD$86,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$77,500 per year - USD$86,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp.
