You will be responsible for building a strong business plan to ensure we deliver on our project plans to collect consent from HCPs. You will be able to deliver a compelling selling message to ensure success, and have a competitive mindset. A successful candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a solid understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape. What You’ll Do Sales ExecutionEducate healthcare professionals on our product through in-person and virtual presentationsAchieve targets by effectively managing a territory, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing a strategic sales planMaintain and build strong relationships with key health care professionals to enhance brand loyaltyBusiness PlanningAnalyze market data to identify key opportunities and challenges within your territoryDevelop and execute strategic plans to meet targets, ensuring all activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policyComplianceEnsure all activities are compliant with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and company policiesMaintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and expense reportsProblem Solving & OptimizationIdentify roadblocks and challenges in the consent collection process and be solutions focused to overcome these challengesDevelop and execute solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success rate of HCP consent collectionRequirements Strong communication, selling skills and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel for regional areas and team meetingsProactive, performance-driven, competitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have Previous Pharma experiencePrevious sales experienceBusiness degreeFamiliarity with Pharma compliance and consent practices#LI-RemoteVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.Veeva is an equal opportunity employer.
