We’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager who is both an expert relationship builder and a skilled closer – someone who is comfortable leading conversations, understands client needs quickly, and consistently moves opportunities forward. This role combines inbound and outbound sales, ongoing client management, and coordination with our recruitment team. You’ll work closely with the founders and play a direct role in driving revenue and client growth. We are especially interested in candidates who bring experience within a specific industry and can leverage that background to build trust and close more effectively. Examples include (but are not limited to): healthcare (home health, hospice, dental, medical practices), legal services, construction, real estate/property management, logistics, insurance, or professional services. This is a sales-driven role where success comes from strong follow-up, consistent communication, and the ability to move multiple opportunities forward without letting them stall. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Conversion (70%) Conduct discovery and consultation calls with inbound leads and take ownership of moving them to close Follow up consistently with inbound leads across multiple touchpoints (calls, email, LinkedIn) to move opportunities forward Proactively engage warm prospects and re-engage older leads as needed Maintain strong pipeline activity and ensure no opportunities stall or go cold Understand client needs and clearly communicate our value proposition Build credibility quickly by speaking the language of the client’s industry Send proposals, handle objections, and close new business Manage pipeline and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks Client Success & Account Management (20%) Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities Gather feedback, resolve issues, and coordinate with the recruitment team as needed Maintain organized records of client interactions and updates in the CRM Recruitment Coordination (10%) Translate client needs into clear, effective job descriptions Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates Communicate candidate updates, feedback, and interview scheduling with clients What We’re Looking For Required 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred) 5+ years experience working with U.S.-based clients and in the U.S. market Strong presence and confidence leading sales calls Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Proven ability to sell services or solutions (consultative sales preferred) Highly organized with strong follow-through across multiple leads and clients Strong follow-up habits and comfort managing multiple active conversations (phone, email, LinkedIn) Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over results Preferred Background in a specific industry (e.g. healthcare, legal, construction, real estate, logistics, etc.) Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Copper, or similar) Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or staffing is a plus What Will Make You Stand Out You have hands-on experience in a specific industry and understand how those businesses operate You can speak confidently with decision-makers and build trust quickly You are strong on follow-up and naturally keep conversations moving forward You take ownership of your pipeline and ensure opportunities don’t stall You are comfortable both building relationships and closing deals Why Join Us Fully remote – work from anywhere Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses Work directly with founders and have a measurable impact on growth Fast-growing company with strong opportunity for advancement Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment Additional Notes This role is best suited for someone who enjoys managing active deal flow, following up consistently, and closing conversations – not just managing accounts.
