Job Description: This job is responsible for managing the execution of client service activities in coordination with the relationship team, including pre and post sales discussions and/or activities. Key responsibilities include monitoring and executing all tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client. Job expectations include directing work and serving as a peer resource for other support employees within the market. Responsibilities: Manages and executes personal and non-personal client requests related to banking, credit, and investment products to achieve Private Bank client experience standards, including fulfillment of large and/or complex client needs and expectations across all products Coordinates with specialists, including trust, family office, investments, and custody officers, as well as centralized service centers to deliver an integrated service experience to the client including identifying and resolving client issues in an effective and timely manner Identifies client opportunities primarily related to banking through client interactions and proactively reviewing the book of business for potential relationship deepening opportunities, while engaging partners as needed Adheres to the Private Bank and Enterprise risk framework and complies with regulatory and legal requirements, while assisting with the Private Bank client management process and servicing accounts and portfolios Develops and maintains relationships with clients, while focusing on the long-term retention and growth of their client's portfolios Seeks opportunities to improves various processes, procedures, and technology to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency Serves as a peer, coach, and mentor to support team goals and objectives Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or Economics desired Skills: Attention to Detail Customer and Client Focus Decision Making Prioritization Written Communications Account Management Active Listening Adaptability Critical Thinking Issue Management Collaboration Customer Experience Improvement Pipeline Management Recording/Organizing Information Referral Identification Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - NY - Forest Hills - 6965 Yellowstone Blvd - Queens (NY5552) Pay and benefits information Pay range $81,800.00 - $125,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
