At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.OverviewThe IS Delivery Pre-Construction Estimator is responsible for developing policies for preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and services.ResponsibilitiesAssess the cost-effectiveness of products and services.• Track actual costs as the project develops.• Collaborate with leaders from other departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues.• Assess cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentations.• Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change. QualificationsRequired Education, Experience, and QualificationsBachelor's degree.• 3-5 years of mechanical installation experience• Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.• Able to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.• Possesses effective leadership and organization skills.• Ability to exercise good judgement and creativity.• Effective verbal and written communication skills.• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. Preferred Education, Experience, and QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience installing mechanical systems or working for a mechanical contractor. Travel Requirements5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
