Location: Berlin (hybrid) Start: ASAP Type: Internship About the Role We’re building the next iconic beverage brand out of Berlin — starting with a carbonated cold matcha drink. As a Marketing Associate, you’ll own and execute across social, content, and growth — with one goal: make the brand impossible to ignore. This is for someone who understands internet culture, aesthetics, and distribution. Tasks What You’ll Do Create and manage content across: Instagram, TikTok , LinkedIn Develop and execute content strategy + posting cadence Shoot and edit short-form video content Run experiments (formats, hooks, campaigns) Collaborate with creators / influencers Support brand activations + events Track performance and optimize Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong taste in content, design, and branding Native understanding of TikTok / IG trends Hands-on creator (you film, edit, post) Fast execution + willingness to experiment Clear, bold communication style Bonus Experience growing social accounts Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) Background in marketing, media, or design Why This Role Build a brand from zero Creative ownership and fast feedback loops Real impact on growth and perception Potential to evolve into full-time Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
