Job Description
Support different types of ETG events (big international fairs, business breakfasts and dinners, networking events, online conferences, webinars, workshops);Maintaining budgets, signing contracts, paying invoices, preparing reporting documents;Collecting needs from internal teams, creating event timelines, communicating with project teams to organize the event; Planning & conducting weekly project team calls;Searching for contractors (worldwide) for online and offline events, conducting briefings, leading communication with exhibition organizers and different events venues;Working with the design team;Leading or assisting in event content, creating event scripts, participating in creative briefings;Ensuring a smooth completion of the event and resolving any problems that may arise on site during the events;Analyzing the success of the event and preparing analytical reports, using the data to continually improve future event delivery.Requirements1–3 years of experience in event management or related roles;Experience working with contractors and organizing both offline and online events;Strong written and spoken English;Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;Experience in budget tracking (Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, etc.) and task managers (Trello, Asana, etc);Proactive, self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.BenefitsTemporary contract for 1 year;Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely;Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together;Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities;Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences;Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world;Corporate prices on hotels and travel services;MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.Originally posted on Himalayas
