Nox is aiming to become the best alternative to short-haul flights by soon offering premium overnight trains across Europe. With a radically redesigned interior and onboard experience, people travel in style, saving time being asleep. As a Growth and Marketing Lead (f/m/d), you will define and execute a full-funnel strategy-driving acquisition, building scalable systems, and using data to continuously optimize performance and impact. Tasks Own and execute: Define the end-to-end marketing strategy to establish Nox as a distinctive and leading brand in Europe Be the growth engine: Build and scale a full-funnel acquisition system across paid and organic channels, optimizing the journey from awareness to retention. Let data speak: Establish robust tracking, attribution, and CRM systems to drive experimentation and continuous performance optimization. Communicate and Collaborate: Develop scalable forecasting and reporting models to provide actionable insights for you, leadership, and investors.
