We are currently looking for an intern in customer relations for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position after the internship. Tasks Are you passionate about customer service and eager to learn about the dynamics of international business? Join us at Tianshi GmbH as a Customer Service Intern and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and globally connected environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience. Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Assist with additional customer service projects as needed. Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.
