Co-Founder (Operations & Marketing) (m/f/d)

Are you excited to build an own early stage venture in the real world? Working with experienced Co-Founders to learn from and grow together? We are currently starting another venture, which operates unique spaces where humans and technology meet. A blend of a modern Factory meets Soho House meets ANTI, a place where strong community forms at the intersection of technology & health, where entrepreneurs come together, build and feel like home. We have our first beautiful space already (a wonderful location in Kreuzberg) and are currently setting it up. You'll be a full member of the founding team and have the opportunity to lead operations & marketing onsite. You'll become the heart of an amazing community, shape our brand and make sure things run smoothly. A very unique opportunity to grow with an experienced team, based on a strong foundation already laid out. Tasks Your role involves be part of the founding team with a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to: Being involved in day-to-day strategic planning processes Leading the community and healthily growing our membership Shaping the brand, voice and vision of the new space(s) Handling daily operations and community management Managing stakeholders, partnership agreements and supplier relationships Leading marketing activities and defining our core channels Creating and maintaining an inspiring and trusted (social) media presence Requirements You love building & creating things and taking on responsibility Background or degree in Business, Marketing or Creative Field (at least B.Sc.) Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude Analytical and structured problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Fluent in English and at least C1 level in German Curiosity and passion for technology entrepreneurship & communities Previous experience in fast-paced technology startup is a plus Being based in Berlin Benefits You have the opportunity to first-hand experience the setup process of an early stage venture in a very flexible and respectful working environment.
