Intake Specialist with Medical Records Experience Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish/English) to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients in a fastpaced personal injury law firm. This role is critical in delivering exceptional client service, gathering key case information, and ensuring qualified leads are efficiently onboarded. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling highvolume inbound and outbound communications, with a strong ability to build trust with clients during stressful situations.
