Job Description

The Mission: Building the Next-Gen Agency OS We are a strategic communications consultancy looking to redefine how Communications works. We don’t just want to use AI; we want to build an AI-first Operations System from scratch. We are looking for a visionary and hands-on intern to design, develop, and implement a central "Agency OS" that automates workflows – from initial drafting and research to complex project management and reporting. This is your playground to build a production-ready system using tools like LangDock, LLMs, and automation platforms. Tasks Your Responsibilities Architecting the System: Map out our current strategic workflows and redesign them for an AI-first approach. Building the Engine: Develop and deploy automation scripts and AI agents (ideally using LangChain/LangDoc or similar frameworks). Integration: Connect various tools via APIs to create a seamless, automated flow of information. Security & Data Privacy: Ensure the system meets high enterprise standards for data protection and confidentiality. Testing & Optimization: Iterate on the system based on real-world agency feedback to ensure it’s not just "cool tech" but a core business driver. Requirements Your Profile Mandatory: You are currently enrolled in a university program and looking for a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) for 3 months. The Tech Stack: You have a solid understanding of AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API), automation tools (e.g., Make.com, n8n), and perhaps some Python. The Mindset: You are a process-thinker. You enjoy breaking down complex tasks into logical, automated steps. Security First: You understand the importance of data privacy in a professional consulting environment. Languages: You are fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a big plus as it helps with internal coordination and understanding specific client nuances. Proactive: You don’t wait for tickets; you see a manual process and think, "I can automate that." Benefits What’s in it for you? Total Creative Freedom: You’re not just a cog in the machine; you are building the machine. Real Impact: Your system will be the backbone of our growing agency. Mentorship & Growth: Work directly with the leadership team in a fast-growing environment. Flexibility: While we love seeing you, we are open to remote-friendly setups. How to Apply Send us a short note on why you’re the right person to build an Agency OS from scratch. If you have a GitHub profile or a portfolio of previous automation projects, we’d love to see it!
