Dein neuer Traumjob In dieser Rolle bist du eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für People Operations und verantwortest eigenständig Themenbereiche sowie Projekte. Personalcontrolling & Reporting: Betreue und entwickle bestehende HR-Reports weiter, baue Dashboards auf und arbeite eng mit dem People Team-Lead zusammen, um HR-Daten für fundierte Entscheidungen nutzbar zu machen.
